What
is Toy Tips®?
Toy Tips® is a toy research group that conducts
scientific research on toys and family products. The
Toy Research Institute is the backbone of all reseach
and will only approve products that surpass our standards
for enjoyment and development skill.
Why
did Toy Tips® start?
Parents are defenseless in the face of toy hype and
advertising. snd there is a real void in unbiased, credible
information. During the holidays, there are so many
simulated toy tests designed to push shoppers into choices.
Consumers are not led to believe many of these are fee-for-service
programs and this is just another form of advertising.
To protect and educate the consumer, Toy Tips® speaks
the truth. Our information is based on extensive research
and not hype. We aim to give parents information they
can trust about how to select toys to enhance a child's
development that are fun to play with.
How to use Toy Tips®?The
consumer-friendly research reaches parents primarily
through toytips.com. Our free subscription to Kid Tips
Online Magazine will provide you with quarterly updates
on our research findings.
