This kit comes with seeds to grow plants, which stimulate all five senses, in a dome-topped garden. Included are a growing dome, planting mixture, five sensory seed packets (aloe mix, pink polka dot, herb mixture, cabbage palm and eucalyptus seeds), decorative pathway gravel, Blue Riverbed gravel, contemplation stones, five sense/plant markers, five imagination decals and an instructional sheet. This miniature garden provides a learning experience, as the plants need to be appropriately cared for. Patience is encouraged, as children have to wait until the seeds have sprouted to watch the plants grow. Children learn about how a seed becomes a plant, how to care for it and the science behind plant growth.
