SNAPSHOT REPORT: Care for this baby doll and nurse her back to health with the included accessories-a play thermometer, aspirator, cup and spoon with "medicine." The doll can "drink" water from its bottle, and it will then need a diaper change. Fine motor skills are used to dress the doll, change its diaper and manipulate its accessories. Dolls promote creative and pretend play. Playing with the doll encourages use of daily living and expressive language skills. Our child testers were encouraged to express their own feelings about visiting the doctor and what it feels like to be cared for and to care for others.
