Preparing a child’s playroom is just as important
as choosing the age-appropriate toys that go in it!.
Safety is key! Whether a child’s play area is a
dedicated room, a bedroom or an area in the house, it
is important that the space be child-proof.
Tips:
Curtain rods, shades and window treatments should be
checked that long cords cannot be pulled and curtains
are securely fastened.
The flooring should be soft and cleaned often.
The walls should be freshly painted and maintained.
If a wall covering is used, there should be no edges
that can be torn.
The temperature of the space should be maintained at
all times and should not be too warm or too cold.
The entire area should be smoke-free.
Our Toy Tips product reviews are suggested for a child’s

Our rating system is based on a 3-5 star scoring table.
This means all products surpass average scores and we
do not publish any review that has received a score
