Each
year, Toy Tips publishes a gift guide based on "TTT"
Toy Tips tested and trusted products.
For more than 10 years, Toy Tips has scientifically
researched tens of thousands of products and provided
parents with unbiased information in the form of product
reviews. Toy Tips is considered the ONLY real unbiased
source of information in the United States that provides
reviews for parents based on developmental skill and
learning values.
Toy Tips is not funded by companies, trade groups or
publications that make money on product advertising.
Toy Tips does not use paid spokespeople, celebrities
or opinions of journalists to promote research results.
We test products nationwide through more than 500 partner
testing centers using a scientific and academic methodology.
Our research is considered highly credible and the most
pure independent research of its' kind.
The study is funded by the Toy Research Institute and
conducted with child developmental psychologists at
Marquette University and The University of Missouri-St.
Louis School of Education.
This year, we have over 1000 products that have all
been approved "TTT" with the seal of honor and excellence.
Toy Tips does not publish average or negative reviews
and we do not receive any compensation from any of the
manufacturers whose products we have researched.
Anything listed in our guide has been tested using the
Toy Tips methodology and the results are above average
to exceptional.
Parents can peruse the toy section in our guide and
read which developmental skills are learned while a
child is playing with a specific toy.
Parents can read about appropriate family videos and
software as well as learn about functional infant and
toddler juvenile products.
Executives can get ideas for office gift-giving and
search for reviews on gadgets for home/office use, products
to use with their children or for much needed relaxing
moments. All executive reviews are linked to either
a website or 1-800 for future reference.
